Overview

In this project, I designed the homepage for a real estate and development business website. The site was built in Framer and was aimed at a business audience, which led to the choice of calm and minimalist tones, as well as light animations to enhance user engagement with the content.

Color Palette Used

The following colors were used in the design of the website. They perfectly align with the themes of real estate and investment because they evoke a sense of trust, stability, and professionalism — qualities that are especially important in these industries

Associations: strength, reliability, seriousness.
Creates a sense of confidence and serves as a strong foundation for backgrounds and text, helping to highlight key elements.

#112B31 – Dark Blue-Green

Associations: freshness, nature, balance.
Effect: adds depth and calmness, conveying a feeling of stability and harmony.

#48697E – Slate Blue

Associations: intelligence, trust, calmness.
Provides visual stability and helps content feel approachable.

#E6E6E6 – Light Neutral Gray

Associations: neutrality, elegance, balance.
Usage: Ideal for subtle backgrounds, separators, or inactive interface elements. Maintains a clean, minimal aesthetic without distracting from key content.
Effect: Adds structure and clarity, offering soft contrast and a refined, professional appearance.

Typoghraphy

Boska Black – for Headings

A bold and modern serif font that conveys confidence, sophistication, and elegance.

Perfectly complements the serious and professional tone of a real estate and investment website.

ts strong character ensures that headlines stand out, drawing attention to key messages and offers.

Castoro Regular – for Paragraph Text

A classic serif font with elegant readability and a refined appearance.

Provides excellent legibility for longer texts such as property descriptions, investment details, or blog content.

Balances perfectly with Boska Black, creating a cohesive and trustworthy typographic hierarchy.

Responsitivenes

The website is responsive and adaptive, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices. The design and functionality are optimized for:

Desktop – Full-featured layout with detailed visuals and intuitive navigation.
Tablet – Adaptive interface for easy browsing and interaction on medium-sized screens.
Mobile – Clean, simplified layout with touch-friendly elements for convenient use on smartphones.

Results

The web design was created to provide a visually appealing and engaging experience that captures users' attention from the first glance. Thanks to its clean and elegant layout, the website aims to inspire trust in the content and services offered.
